1. Sessions fill (very) fast

Considering we haven’t even had even at Halloween yet, a LOT of people are already thinking about Christmas! Every November and December we get emails and messages from people begging for a booking, but we have to tell them we’re all booked out. There are only limited number of weekends available before Christmas so that means limited spots too! Book early and you get the biggest choice of beaches, dates and times for your family Christmas photos.

2. A November session is the smart move

If you book one thing from this post, make it a November session. It gives you:

• Time to reschedule. If a thunderstorm hits and we need to cancel, there’s plenty of time to find a new date.

• Less squeeze. You won’t be fitting beach Santa photos in between school concerts, dance eisteddfods and end-of-year assemblies.

• A more relaxed experience. No rushing, and the kids are still in a good mood.

3. Rescheduling is free

Festive season clashes happen all the time - as busy parents, we live and breathe it every year! That’s why we offer FREE reschedules if your plans change (subject to availability), so booking early carries no risk. Rescheduling is as simple as clicking the button on your confirmation email and selecting a new date and time. If you need to change beach, that’s no problem too - you can just email us to make that change.

4. It takes one job off your December list

Your end of year to-do list will only get longer…and longer. Booking your Santa photos now means one big Christmas job is done before the festive chaos starts.

When should I book Santa photos in Sydney?
By yesterday! And if that’s not possible, then asap. Bookings opened late September and many sessions are already over half booked. We recommend booking the earliest session possible in the season.

Can I reschedule my Santa photo session?
Yes. Rescheduling is free, subject to availability.

What happens if the weather isn’t great?
Due to limited weekends and sessions available, we try to go ahead in most weather conditions except if it’s unsafe or really unpleasant. See FAQs for details. If we do need to cancel due to weather, you’ll be given options to reschedule (where possible), transfer or refund your booking.

Where are Santa on the Beach sessions held?
We run beach Santa photo sessions in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

• Sydney Santa on the Beach sessions are held at Curl Curl, Bayview and Narrabeen

• Sydney Premium sessions are held at Q Station, Manly

• Melbourne Santa on the Beach sessions are held at Brighton Dog Beach, Brighton

• Perth Santa on the Beach sessions are held at Rockingham Dog Beach, Rockingham.
